Lynn "Fuzzy" Taylor

Following in the footsteps of his father’s quartet member like Gospel/R&B legends Sam Cooke and Lou Rawls- there’s no better word to describe Fuzzy’s success as an artist- than destiny!  Fuzzy’s smooth soulful, vocals wrap effortlessly around contemporary rhythms for a signature sound that is sure to ignite broad appeal among both new and die-hard gospel buyers.
The road to gospel greatness began in Washington DC for young Lynn “Fuzzy” Taylor as he first listened to and then traveled and sang with his father, Spencer Taylor’s nationally renowned gospel quartet, the Highway QC’s, which included his late uncle R&B superstar, Johnny Taylor.  After becoming sidetracked for a while by R&B music during his Howard University days, “Fuzzy” turned an impromptu audition with rappers Salt N’ Peppa into a nearly five year national touring gig singing back-up with this hit platinum selling act.

A life changing 2001 commitment to Christ returned “Fuzzy” to his musical and religious roots where he has devoted the past fourteen years to further polishing his distinctive vocals and building a fan base that is second to none among newer gospel artist.
